~~Deadline extended to 20 April 2016 ~~

Participants with accepted abstracts will be notified by shortly afterwards.

Please send you abstract to ventbase2016@gmail.com.

The workshop is open to academic, commercial, governmental, and non-governmental

stakeholders. We welcome abstracts related to geochemical plume composition, spatio-temporal plume modelling, potential impacts of sediment plumes on any ecosystem component that could be impacted by either sediment or dewatering plumes. Additional insights on active and inactive sites, monitoring strategies, the use of indicators in assessing the health of the biological communities and mitigation strategies will be of great use for the discussions.

We accept both oral presentations and posters.
